Fun run for education!

The Run began in 2003, with the goal of rallying the community in support of the schools, leveraging the business community in support of the schools, and promoting health and wellness.  It the hallmark community event of the Shell Martinez Refinery.  The company matches the first $10,000 in sponsorships and every dollar that comes in for registrations and the Pasta Feed.

"Once again, this was a very successful event.  The best ever," said Shell General Manager, Alicia Izarraraz.  "Supporting the local public schools is a major focus for us, and our employees really rally around this cause.  Congratulations to the winners and the community of Martinez."
